How do I install mods on my TF2 server

So tomorrow I will be getting my own first TF2 10 slot server. I havn't decided whether I should make it a Dodgeball or MvM 666 server but I need to know if adding stuff like RTD, unusual weapons, admin abilities like giving certain players noclip, etc is hard and how to do it. I just wanna know in advance, thanks! I also need to know what i'll need to install such mods.

Check the threads of the different mods. They usually have info on how to install them.

FYI, if you're looking at 10 total slots, Mann vs Machine won't work. You need 32 slots for MvM (6+4 for humans, and 22 for bots)

And to add to this, the server will exit if you try to start an MvM map with maxplayers set to anything below 32 with this neat message:

You must set maxplayers to 32 to host Mann vs. Machine

(at least that's the message if the server language is English)
