Admin menu, where sm_votemap dissapeared???

Today I 've updated my SM to the latest versoin (1854), everything is good but menu point (vote for maps) dissapeared from admin menu?
Is it bug? Or it should be like this?
It was very convinient for my admins not to write sm_votemap but jusn to choose voting from menu???
Please smb help with this

Scroll through all pages of the menu and make sure you didn't assume it was on the first page. If it's still not there, see if the actual command itself still works.

Scrolled everything, no such command. I know that command still works from console, but is it possible to ingegrate it once more to the admin menu??
