Well i cant see any bugs now neither those who have tested it.
So well i updated first post.

But remember this is for 1.8 but i will see if theres any big things to change and probably do these changes.

You can download the compiler that is attached in main post and compile it locally (compile = get the amxx) or use the webcompiler but i dont think you can use webcompiler much longer cause they will probably update it soon to 1.2

Damm they always has problem with that host but they are the only i know which allows exe files (to download)

You Cant compile it for shmod 1.2 .. or can you, well for me it didnt work i got 3 errors :

error 054: unmatched closing brace
error 010: invalid function or declaration
error 010: invalid function or declaration

Yes i did, do everything right. but it either doesnt work with shmod 1.2 or you get compiling errors.
