Hello, i am here to see if there is a steamid changer patch, so people can stop changing their id when getting gagged/banned?

If everyone has a legal SteamID then they can't change it.

Well people with non-steam join our servers and when they get banned they use a steamid changer.

Non-Steam players don't have a SteamID at all so it's not possible to ban them by SteamID. The only solution is to stop allowing non-Steam players from joining your server.

you can ban their ipv6

but i dont think its yet supported

IPv6 on a 20+ year old game? There are many modern things that don't even use IPv6. Therefore, this suggestion makes no sense.
