Options :
1. Event free vip
2. Free vip prefix
3. Cosole command for strat event "amx_start_event" access ADMIN_RCON
You dont need to use natives for adding chat system to other plugins it will work with any chat system plugin

if you can't compile it then you need to colorchat.ini file, but if you did and still doesn't work then wait for help for others

Yes it give everyone doesn't have that access free vip at from/to "19-00"
