So I'm willing to update MM:Source and Sourcemod to latest stable snapshot but all plugins taht need a database are failing to load with "Could not find interface: IDBI"

Here is my configuration:

Do you guys have an idea on what is going wrong?

You have mismatched binaries.

Look at your Sourcemod version above, 1.5.3-dev+3954, and then your extension and plugin versions, 1.5.4-dev+4028.

Perhaps you accidentally skipped sourcemod/bin/ when updating.

Got it ^^

I have multiple SM path and change them using +sm_path.
But loaded SM binary is still loaded in the standard sourcemod/ path and I was testing update in another SM path with unmatched exts...
