Parts of the above posts that were actually relevant to the discussion:
* WakaFlocka saying that server-wide rage sound never worked
* Shadow saying that it never broke (before 1.7 conversion)
* WakaFlocka replying to Shadow, saying that the only reason it was working was because he was using Waka's modified version

I reverted ragesound back to what it was before the conversion, because why break something that wasn't broken then try to fix the broken version?

I would rather keep it named like that so I can keep the same format in my projects folder

You can always look for your thread that I posted it under the name sound_on_kill and link that post

Boss Edit incoming: Wankers
He keeps his delirium, I felt he needed to keep it, but now he get's jars of jarate that cause bleed on hit

As part of this release, he will be using my new ability pack which will bundle everything together, RubberFruit, Rock and Solgineer will be using this instead, and it is recommended to delete their original plugins, but if it doesn't cause conflicts, then you shouldn't need to

I've actually had this guy set up for well over a year now, I just never decided to put him out

Minor update: I accidentally put the old un-modified config in the direct config download instead of the changed version in the boss's zip, this has been corrected, and if you already downloaded it, I suggest re-downloading
