You should merge those conditions in a single line and put those that don't need a native call first, that will save many native calls each time PreThink is called.

The plugin still doesn't respawn players if they join mid round. It only works in maps where everyone is on the same team. If there are players in both teams and someone joins 5-10sec after the round starts it doesn't spawn them.

far as I know and have seen when someone is spectator in respawn server he can't go to another team until the round is over or he retry

It turns out your plugin respawns specs too, I had another plugin that was interfering with yours.
