You should make a new type , for read_flags.

If i put "r" " flags" "prefix" users that have all flags will get prefix.
This will easy for owners to set prefixes for admins.

the swearfilter plugin stop blocking the naughty words

Just put all kind of Swear plugins above the AdminPrefixes.amxx
It should be working.

Good I have many doubts about this plugin, I do not speak much English so I do not understand much because I am from Venezuela I speak more Spanish. My question is when I open the ap_prefix.ini add my steam id example:
