I'm working on antiaimbot too and my idea is to catch these things:
- 3 headshots with sniper rifles without zoom in one round (easy)
- When player presses shoot and uses aimbot he is always targeting at the same hitbox. Making a statistics may help in catching it. On the other hand i don't know how to return not the distance but the target of the body.

p.s. But surely the best way to catch most of cheats is to scan OS processes that are executed with hl.exe
