Is anyone else having problems with updating HLDS for new Counter-Strike update?

So I'm getting this return for "version" command:

So how to get this new update that valve made?

After attempting to install in a different directory, the update for first directory worked.

Check your dns/firewall settings and clear the steamcmd cache.

Did you run into this problem multiple times in a row or just the first time you ran the command?

The steamcmd application is moderately infamous for not fully installing cstrike and it's updates. You have to run it at least 5 times.

just run 'app_update 90 cstrike validate' a few times and see if this works.

It was multiple times in a row. Like I said, needed to change target folder, tried to update to get some sort of different error 0x(something), then change folder back, and then it updated successfully.

Do not log in as anonymous, use your steam account that the download follows smoothly.
