I have a little trouble with my hlxce on my side, and now I would like to get an explanation of what the difference is between these downloads

Hit the "Download repository" button.
Other packs are propably outdated as they are dated 2014

Linux debian

Its installed i have use hlxce_1_6_19.zip and uploaded it with ftp, i just want to know witch of them i need to download to have the most files updated ?
