This Feature Is:
Add Plugins
Add Maps
Delete Plugins
Delete Maps
Chang Name Server
Ban Or Kick
Command Server
Show Players Online For Ban Or Kick
If possible a chat show
and ...

The Suggestions/Requests forum is for requesting AMX Mod X plugins, not web interfaces. You can find several different web-based control panels via google. You should check them out.
