if anyone's wondering, reason this hero would cause crash on some servers and not on others is because of this

emit_sound(tid,CHAN_ITEM, "ambience/thunder_clap.wav", 1.0, ATTN_NORM, 0, PITCH_NORM)

notice the fact that

public plugin_precache()

	gspritestreak = precache_model("sprites/streak.spr")
	smoke = precache_model("sprites/steam1.spr")
	precache_sound("weapons/electro4.wav")
	precache_sound("vox/_period.wav")

the sound is never precached, thus if you don't have another hero on your server that does precache it, it will crash. Add the line

precache_sound("ambience/thunder_clap.wav")

in plugin_precache function, and then recompile. That should at least fix that problem.
