According to the patch notes for the Jungle Inferno update, which ships tomorrow, all weapons have been updated with new inspect animations. It's not clear if you'll be able to inspect non-decorated weapons, though.

It would appear you can. Saxxy and Golden Wrench are inspectable (checked via Give Weapon), so it's a pretty safe bet they all are.

Every weapon has it's Inspect Animation now, including the broken ones this plugin used to use. This plugin no longer has any use. I've removed the plugin now.
