well , i dont know if its a good idea to add cvars ....but i'll try to tonight .

so far you want :

- cvar for type of explaining rules (either menu or chat)
- cvar to whether or not show rules menu upon connection .

That's all that I've found; although the unknown command bug is so easy it doesn't need to be specified lol.
