That statement is vague. Dproto is supported by multiple sites, just not this one. You know why? Because the developers of this site do not allow it.

Same reason why Valve doesn't support rehlds. It's their choice. Same as this site's choice of not supporting dproto.

people, plz don`t compare dproto with reHLDS, dproto exists so non-steamers can connect to the server, that`s illegal, reHLDS does not support piracy, not if you use third party to allow it, so its not the same, reHLDS is a improved version of reHLDS, wich i still use the game i bought

my steam only server with reHLDS, amxbans, experience points with database, and a lot of more plugins, with 32 players consume around 300 mb of RAM, thats how better it is
