this plugins will disable all commands to player if they not register?
because i need that. who not register will not have chooseteam and block from type in chat must be register to write and automatic join to "T"

I think he meant it isn't as useful for steam servers as it is for no-steam ones. I'll leave this comparison here that should leave you a clue to make it more useful for steam only servers.

For steam only servers, owners can make secure admins with steamids.
No-Steam servers can't.

I don't care how whoever will use the plugin. I mentioned which are the main uses for Steam server and I don't care that the Plugin Approvers don't think that I am right.

Without support steamid only registrations then it will ALWAYS be classed as useless to steam only servers.

I think that it should be great to disable the mysql module when using save per-file or nvault, because mysql module stays open even if it's not used
