The best is to find a GSP that fits your requirements. I don't know specific where you live and so on but just search on "Game server provider" on google or something and you shall find answers.

A seconds solution is to buy a computer designed to host servers that is on 24 hours a day, which requires a high connection speed and alot of electricity.

I'm afraid that is not possible if you don't rent a server from a GSP or as i said earlier have a computer turned on 24 hours a day.

Just buy from gameservers.com, they are cheap and they are OK.
