Every time someone joins the game and chooses class/team the server crashes. Is this happening to anyone else and is it being fixed or has a fix?

I can confirm regardless of what the author says....this plugin causes server crashes. I abandoned this like months ago, if not year ago cause pretty much every game we played it would crash. Now started it up again today on server with within I believe 3 rounds of action server crashed. To bad really.....

The crashing issue is caused where the plugin forces the player to change class whenever they get the class weapon. (Rocket Launcher -> Changes to soldier class...etc)
Once i took that code off, the server stopped crashing.

There aren't any logs of the crash, but i do remember there was an engine error.

I noticed this today after the previous comment bumped the topic, tested on my server and I get random crashing. Good plugin, could we get a cvar to enable/disable? That would be a huge first step for testing

My first statement was wrong...
Anyways it seems that once i removed the part of the code which creates entities that sets your health, the error "ED_Alloc: No free edicts" is fixed.

Removing that code will cause players to sometimes have over heal HP.
Such as...Heavy-> Pyro...causing the pyro to have higher health.
also causes a reset of health. (Ex. Engineer with 10 hp kills and upgrades to a sniper, they gain full health)

This was not the only crash, after an hour of playing...the server crashes without any errors or logs.
Don't know what it is, but it could be the way it gives weapons once it upgrades. I'll try to fix it and post it here to test if i'm successful. Of course i can't do it now because Valve has lots of problems with the Engine atm, so any crash that happens could be either or the plugin or Engine.

Oh and another strange thing...
Running this for 24 hours with a full server of bots...no crashes at all.
Running this for 30-1 hour...crashes.

this may be a long shot but if you are on a custom map that the mapper failed to add info_observerpoints and all clients die or respawn at the same time the server will crash. this is caused by clients asking the server for a point of view to show while dead. if there is a live client to spectate you are shown that view. if there is not a live client the server shows you the point of view from the info_observerpoint. this happens a lot in custom maps... a LOT... if the server is filled with bots there is almost always a bot on map to spectate while dead so the crash almost never happens...
is it possible that this explains the above mentioned issue?

The maps i run to test the plugin are stock koth_ maps.
