Hello,

I'm a bit new with sourcemod. I uploaded an admins.cfg files with a list of admins. Later, I added two admins and overwrote the files on the server. For some reason, it keeps reverting back to the original admins.cfg file, removing the two new admins I added. It happens just a bit after I upload the new file, so I'm guessing it occurs when the map restarts.

Anyone have this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

I know it isn't that because I have full administrative FTP rights. When uploading the file, it successfully overwrites, and the files grants the two people their admins rights for a short time, then the files is soon reverted back to the original. It's very weird.

If you use SourceBans, you have to use it to manage admins.

Disable sourcebans.smx and add the basebans.smx (its in the disabled folder) if you wish to use the admins.cfg.
Otherwise SourceBans will rewrite the file with the admins from the sourcebans database (if there's no admins stored then nobody will have admin).

SourceBans can configure to not re-write admins.cfg ?

BackupConfigs - Store the admins and groups on the gameserver for when the database is down. Will overwrite admins.cfg and admin_groups.cfg. EnableAdmins - Enable the admins portion of SourceBans.
