The company that runs my Counter Strike server had some technical issues recently.

Referring to the attached photo, I had an image that listed the rules of my server that completely filled the box that has the "You are playing Condition Zero" message inside.

Since the technical issues the image no longer shows. Does anyone know how to reactivate it.
I created the image and added it years ago, but cannot for the life of me, remember how I did it.

I would do a search, but not really sure what the box is called and how to insert images into it and in what folder on the server it is located in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
