Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me everytime I slap, slay, drug, burn or a knifefight is initiated the server crashes and in the top right i get disconnecting in 30secs. Btw When i check logs there is nothing to explain why it has restarted the server. Please advise I am will to grant ftp access to someone genuinely willing to help me, because i'm not gunna lie im a n00b at this stuff only started this 3 days ago.

Don't use 1.6.0 unless you're hosting a DoTA2 server; use the latest 1.5 snapshot instead. That being said, that crash usually indicates your gamedata is outdated.

Essentially what you'll do is shut down your server, install the latest version from http://www.sourcemod.net/snapshots.php specific to your OS, start your server, let it come online, then restart the server to allow for gamedata to be updated. If it still crashes then there's some additional debugging that'll have to be done by someone else (sneaking on work computer atm )

looks like you don't have access to upload .so files through the ftp.
You should talk to your server host about that.

haha i have .. the support i got was "I can do it through cpanel and ftp" are you sure that your doing it properly and not using a sub account
