i actually managed to fix the issue i downloaded a crack fresh copy of counter strike with hlds and installed amxx and compiled the plugin and the plugin went to the complied folder and turned from .sma to .amxx and then i dragged the amxx file to my server file and added the registry in the plugins.ini and IT WORKED OMG why i didn't knew about this earlier thanks you man for helping me out )
