If u use Zombie Plague Special 4.5, u might want to try this:

Edit: It works perfectly. It offers:
VIP prefix;
VIP connected to the server announce feature;
more damage & ammo packs;
multijumps;
free armor.
It even has a VIP menu where only VIPs can buy items, but I didn't try adding items (like buying modes which is listed by Perfect Scrash in the same github thread) since I don't want that on my server.
