Hello, I currently have a cooperative server, but I would like to know how to separate some commands by flags

For example that flag A has access to some commands
And flag B has access to different commands than flag A

Take Lux's LMC as an example,
That flag A has access to the command, but flag B does not and is only unique to flag A
