I can upload a screenshot. After installation, I rebooted the server.
Specially installed yesterday on a new server without plugins, it still spams and does not work.
maybe people have the old sourcemod - that's why it works.

sorry, yes it works fine, just had to restart the plugin via rcon.

it is strange that through a normal reboot it spammed and did not work

I could be wrong, but I remember, the plugin does send spam message in chat for each value change in cvar.

I solved this a long time ago with the plugin I mentioned in the post:

What are the names of the config files?

If you see "easy.cfg", "normal.cfg", "hard.cfg", and "impossible.cfg" you may have to rename them since the filenames are probably case-sensitive.

Try capitalizing the first letter of each filename.
"Easy.cfg"
"Normal.cfg"
"Hard.cfg"
"Impossible.cfg"

yes no, it's in the plugin config itself (difficulty_adjustment_system.cfg).

It sounds like a problem on your end then. If the plugin isn't automatically executing the main config file, then you set it up incorrectly.
