    This plugin is so difficult to explain in English lol

    1.Description:
     Military satellite "Keith" launches the laser beam aiming at the place at which
     it aimed with the Magnum pistol. It has three modes, and is switched by pushing "zoom" key.
     In addition, their blast blows off alarm car, dumpster, folk lift.

     1-1.MODE1: JUDGEMENT
      Col of ray: Yellow  Effect: Explosion
      And if you're ducking, three laser will be launched continuously

     1-2.MODE2: BLIZZARD
      Col of ray: Blue  Effect: Freezing
      Freezed player or special infected can't move @5sec. Normal infected dies immediately.
      
     1-3.MODE3: INFERNO
      Col of ray: Red  Effect: Burning
      It deals damage and ignite things in certain radius.

    2.Restriction:
     - Versus mode is not in support.
     - This is game balance breaker. Please note handling enough.

    3.ConVar:
      sm_satellite_enable 1 : 0:OFF 1:ON
      sm_satellite_damage_01 300.0 : Damage of Satellite cannon (Mode1: JUDGEMENT)
      sm_satellite_freeze_02 5.0 : Freeze time of Satellite cannon (Mode2: BLIZZARD)
      sm_satellite_damage_03 420.0 : Damage of Satellite cannon (Mode3: INFERNO)
      sm_satellite_burst_delay 1.0 : Time until launching
      sm_satellite_force 600.0 : Pushing force
      sm_satellite_radius_01 300.0 : Range of effect (Mode1: JUDGEMENT)
      sm_satellite_radius_02 230.0 : Range of effect (Mode2: BLIZZARD)
      sm_satellite_radius_03 200.0 : Range of effect (Mode3: INFERNO)
      sm_satellite_limit_01 15 : Frequency limitation in one round (Mode1: JUDGEMENT)
      sm_satellite_limit_02 10 : Frequency limitation in one round (Mode2: BLIZZARD)
      sm_satellite_limit_03 10 : Frequency limitation in one round (Mode3: INFERNO)
      sm_satellite_height 650 : Height of laser
      sm_satellite_adminonly 0 : If 1, Only admin can use. If 2, admin can use infinitely.

    4.Change:
      version 1.0 - Initial release
      version 1.1 - Add frequency limitation to each modes
      version 1.2 - Add two CVARs
      version 1.3 - Extend admin CVAR

    It works great. Thanks for the plugin. I will post a video later.

    Suggestions :

    Do you think you could add balance by having each mode limited number of shots and have it like a special ammo reward?

    For example, you kill 50 infected then it says " you have been awarded 25 Judgement bullets. "

    Then when you select mode, you can see how many bullets you have left to fire, or you can show how many bullets you have left in hint text.

    This would make it more challenging and rewarding for players to work for the special cannon instead of receiving it for free.

    Once you run out of cannon bullets it goes back into sleep mode.

    Tested it on SM 1.4 / MM 1.8.1 on a local server in COOP and it works fine.

    I really like this plugin, would like to somehow add it our servers but need to find someway to balance it first for COOP and VS play. I do have some suggestions, the laser beam can this be made longer, it really should be seen as coming through the sky and hitting the ground but instead it's about the size of a house.

    Another suggestion I have is remove the requirement of needing a weapon but making it a Survivor ability where they need to "charge" it up for a few seconds like they was filling the car with a fuel can before it is fired while aiming at the target, any movement or attacks resets it.

    Have some suggestons on how to improve the strike, watch these youtube links, personally I find the first one the best.

    I think we both agree that there needs to be a limit to the mod. Either a charging cool down like you suggested or an ammo limit like I suggested. Either way it would be nice to see one to balance things out.

    Maybe u could implyment the kill streak system like the on in modern warfare 2? Or Add Cvar to which weapon able to use this like Lethal Shot!

    Like 5 Si Kills Gains you Judegment

    10 Si Kills Gain u Blizzard

    20 Si kill gains u inferno

    This is Just An Example Of What u Can Do ... Thx for Hearing me out.
    And Only Can Use Once Per Map. If You Need A List Of Kills Streaks Ideas, I have quite A number of them suitable For L4D2 =D, maybe u could combine this with Lethal Shot? Or Maybe Add 1 Of The Skill To The STEAL OVERLORD Tank In Last Boss , like in 1min, a strike of this plugin will hit survivors? Then For Fire Spirit , Meteors of Infernos will randomly hit the place, but the tank will not be damage. thx again love yr ideas ! =D

    Today I have tested, discovered that the use freezes is unable for to freeze the infected person, instead to is only then the survivor only then has can freeze

    What about code that works the way Leathal Weapon Charge Shot works? It has a charging indicator. Default crouch is 7 seconds. Disruptions causes you to start all over. Move you start all over. Shoot you start all over. Being adjustable helps in the balance area. http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1121995

    Updated to 1.1.
    I added frequency limitation per round.
    This value is adjusted by CVARs.

    I read all suggestion and ideas, I'll correspond gradually.
