What are you guys using to remote access the server computer you are using? What program?

I recently learned that when I use VNC Viewer, SeDirector will freeze as soon as I leave it.
When im using TeamViewer its not freezing at all.

Freezing issue is caused for some reason by ticking auto update server. I turned it off and program has not frozen for 2 days. Br5dy mentioned this earlier.

The only reason I installed SeDirector was to auto update my servers, now that its freezing and the auto update is the problem I would call this a pretty useless program to me. It was a perfect program until the freezes I hope you guys can solve it quick.

There should not be any compatibility issues with GameME.

As far as the freezing goes, I'm signing up with a few different hosting providers to see if I can replicate the issue. Our hosted servers do not experience any freezing, but obviously some folks are experiencing freezing issues. If you are having a freezing issue, could you please post who your hosting provider is so that I can sign up with the same exact package and replicate the problem?

We definitely want to get this working for everyone!

I think one of the previous versions (I think 2.0) did not have any freezing issues at all. Maybe use that as a starting base point.

We are hosting our machines locally and using VNC Viewer as our remote access.

Also using FileZilla Server as our FTP.

Two machines has Windows HPC Server 2008 R2 Operating system = Freezing.

One machine has Windows XP SP3 = Freezing.

We also use GameMe as our rank system.

Everything was working earlier as nelioneil mentioned above.

Every Machine is behind a router if that makes any dif.
