Just like arena mode scrambles teams after one team has won 3 times in a row, I would be interested in having a plugin that does the same thing on non-arena maps in TF2.
cvars needed would be:
enable team scrabler - on (default)
winlimit to initiate scramble - 3 (default)
We have been working with the TF2 Advanced Vote Scramble

but have run into the problem of not enough players voting, mainly because they don't realize they can, even though the prompt on how to scramble teams is very clear when it pops up. We have not wanted to decrease the % of necissary votes below 50% either, as that allows the losing team to unfairly force the winning team to scramble.
We would much rather have the teams automatically be scrambled after a certain number of wins. This is similar to what happens when a 24/7 single map server ends and then restarts the map. However, we have seen that when the map ends players tend to drop off, and we would rather keep the same map going for as long as possible.
