I'm not sure if this can be done, i have an idea which i think may be fun.

This mod for css would make people who get the kills get fatter and fatter, then the people who don't get any kills become skinier and skinier

that would require a number of models, a long download time before the total connection and just make your server too tedious to enter. However, a "Fat" mod is still possible, though models coinciding are a bad idea IMO, you could slow down the player more and more per kill.
