[Dod:S]Realism Mod Updated?

Hi, is there an Realism Mod updated till 2010? I only found one on this forum but has no cfg files, and I find another one installed on a server that has cfg and ini files to configure the mode but I don't find any cfg on this forum for realism mod. Can someone help me?

Thanks, but at the round 2-2 anticamp doesn't work. I need another plugin for that?
