give_item() C4 Back-Pack-Bug

Hey guys,

I just recognized that when you give a player a C4-Bomb by give_item(), this player wont have a backpack on his back. Only when he drops the c4 and repicks it, the backpacks appears.

So now I need to fix this "bug". Is there any other method of giving c4-bomb so the backpack appears immediatly?
