Hello there, I'm incredibly new to modding in SourceMod. I have seen servers use the Rock The Vote plugin, and they changed it so it could play sound files at the start and end of votes. Would anyone help me do this for my own server? I would appreciate it a lot, and maybe I'l pay you some ref for you troubles.

Although if you aim at doing that yourself then I advise your start learning Sourcepawn and take a look on different plugins source and learn from them.

go http://www.sourcemod.net/plugins.php and look for map chooser plugin
it does what you want
