So I am getting repeated crashing, I am trying to find out why. Here are the error dumps I am getting:

The server is actually crashing or you are just getting error logs?

You really need to just research each error log and try to correct them one by one even if they are not doing anything. Then perhaps if you have say 30 plugins try removing 5 and running a while. If nothing happens then put those 5 back and remove another 5 and so on. You need to rule things out and it takes time also make sure you are fully updated on SM and MM.
