Looking for Plugin Developer [PAID]

I want someone to make some tweaks to existing plugins.
There is a plugin called CLIENT Skybox.
using that plugin you can change skybox only for your client so I want to do something in addition to that which to load skybox to GOTV client.
This is Paid task

When on gotv, the client is actually not on the server. So I have no idea if this even is possible.

It is possible because many orgs change this

If we connect to the server as Relay Gotv it shows us unnamed client in Console of main server which means it takes relay gotv as client

I wouldn't do paid work, cause this will probably happen.
