Can someone download the latest HLDS Build with SteamCMD, and then upload it to dropbox and share the link here? I can't download it and I really don't know why it fails so if anyone can put the latest CLEAN HLDS Build in a ZIP, and upload it on dropbox?
(PLEASE PLEASE CLEAN NOT EVEN OPEN THE FOLDER!!!)

Why can't you just use SteamCMD? Ask your hoster if you haven't access to update.

I don't have any hoster The hoster is ME

You surely get some kind of error. Why not try fixing that instead? No one is going to do this as it is just too much trouble for something you can fix yourself.

That is not trouble for someone who hosts 24/7 hours and he just puts the HLDS in dropbox folder and leave it alone as it upload's itself easily
