Rates !!

Hi all ..

as i have seen in some thread , after the Valve update of HLDS ..
the rates cvars have been changed..
so what is the max value of these cvars :

sv_maxrate
sv_minrate
sv_maxupdaterate
sv_minupdaterate

max value !!
my net speed is high and servers running on super pc .
so i want the new max value of each 1 of them..
