Things which are spoken with speechmenu are defined in "speech.ini". This is the guide on how to make your own speeches, by [adi]m0gely. Originally made for AMX but compatible with AMX Mod X.

god i hate that functionality of amx.... all my younger admins think its the funniest &(*&^ in the world when they use that - it annoys me!
