I have this problem. I don't want the server to start a vote every end of map.
But I want the RTV to work. It seems that the RTV need Mapchooser to work.

Please, someone help me!!!!!!

I found the way to fix this but I still have a problem. The mapchooser doesn't allow us to view the nextmap. It keeps showing [SM] Pending Vote even don't having a vote anymore.

I use RTV from 1.0.x, a lot of my plugins are a mix from 1.1.x and 1.0.x

Of course, if anything goes wrong with this kind of setup you're on your own.

hmm, with 1.1 r2441 if you have sm_mapvote_endvote 0, then nextmap should show what the nextmap is instead of pending vote.

I think I like having mapchooser going, then I can do sm_mapvote whenever I want to start a random vote.

I am using exactly this version 2441. I set sm_mapvote_endvote 0 but still appears pending vote. I think it is a bug.

Make sure you updated all your plugins correctly (especially basetriggers.smx).

This bug was fixed (and confirmed) at revision 2441.
