I am creating a CSGO server, surf to play with friends, but when I try to enter the server it doesn't download a sound [holyshit.mp3], if you can help me I would really appreciate it.

I think everything is fine but the sound doesn't download
In the server.cfg file where I put sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1 sv_downloadurl "http://example.com/cstrike/" with my url, when I start the server is changed automatically.

The problem is that I had configured the fastdl in another server.cfg
