Pls help me

Hello everybody i am trying to install amxbans on web and i have done all steps to setup amxbans but now after finishing all steps i am getting an error
Table 'amxbansdk.amx_webconfig' doesn't exist

Pls help what to do. Is it a problem of mysql or something else pls help.
