Server Crashing [Help to fix]

Hello all!

Problem is server crashing when have 22/22 peoples or 32/32 peoples or let say 28/28 players on the server and after 1 map or about 10 minutes it keep crashing the server not working you cant connect but the process for server is working.

Server runned on:

Processor: Intel i5 2400 @ 3.10 Ghz
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 (ECC)
Harddisk: 5000 GB (5TB)
Internet connection: (100mbps)
Operative System: Centos 5.7 64-bit

Some peoples telling me the problem is with the "sv_downloadurl" but i have disabled it and still keep crashing in "/cstrike/amxmodx/logs" there no error logs the plugins working fine modules turned on.
