I set the fps_max and sys_ticrate the same value. You can set what ever you want.

that is stupid vita...

if your fps is 60 wich is normal for win32 or 100(must disable virtical sync)
then set fps_max to your fps and sys_ticrate to whatever you think your computer can handle... i would never set both values 1000 cause my server would lag like hell!

Try my servers they work great no lag even for players that are not from Germany.

I'm running Debian 5 Linux, server gets 999 FPS. No lag at all!
