A message to everyone: If you encounter any issues, please try using the main branch versions of File Network and Re-Banner from my GitHub repos.
They already contain a number of fixes for CS:GO and file downloading through serve.php.
1.4 release will incorporate all of these and should be available in a few days.

The plugin's source code consists of several files. It includes rebanner.sp, include\database.sp and include\bans.sp.

Make sure you've put those files in their respective folders.

I uploaded this extension to the server not long ago and I get this error
