[CS:1.6] How to add custom skins in my weapons?

Hi Guys, I downloaded some hand skins to add in my arms , just not know how to install , because the skins is not cut , I hope you understood something , see:

It's very huge work. You should replace all textures of hands in all models of "v_" weapons (about 41).

you must use hlmv to replace default skins in all weapons.

Yes , however the standard weapons of counter strike does not possess a way to add these skins.
