Reply With Quote #1

Hello modders,
Two servers where I play and make plugins for it are having crashes due to missing models and/or nonprecached models.
The servers are hosting the Freak Fortress 2 gamemode and one of the servers had 6 crashes for one day, all of them caused
due to missing/nonprecached model, most of them related to FF2, but the configs where these models are defined for precaching
were not touched for 1 month or even more and the models are there. Some of the crashes:

https://crash.limetech.org/nvbottfrju2v
Code:
691 1109.122755 L 09/18/2019 - 09:19:17: Engine error: 258/ - tf_ammo_pack: UTIL_SetModel: not precached: models\items\currencypack_large.mdl
https://crash.limetech.org/w7afs5qvhscu
Code:
117940 29495.875407 L 09/17/2019 - 20:49:19: Engine error: 514/ - tf_ammo_pack: UTIL_SetModel: not precached: models/player/saxton_hale/w_easteregg.mdl
Several crashes with little different crash reason:
https://crash.limetech.org/eje5557l2y4b
Code:
1654 12728.605510 L 09/17/2019 - 12:37:35: Engine error: Unable to load manifest file 'scripts/soundscapes_manifest.txt'
https://crash.limetech.org/5wsjmdlth55n
Code:
76884 11270.076506 L 09/17/2019 - 12:18:14: Engine error: Model models/effects/combineball.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded
The last one here with reason not able to find the hl2 model makes me think that it's not a plugin or server data fault,
but a problem with the host machine, possibly harddrive problem. Please tell me If my suspicions are justified.

Edit: The servers are hosted by NFOservers
