I don't know what do you mean by fast..
I remember when we were playing CSDM 2 vs 10 podbots(100) in a small map (cs_assault_mini). and believe me, when you are in front of three or four bots at the same time, you need to slow down the time if you can't be more fast. just try it.

do u mean "is everything but fast"? im guessing 0 hours in hl2dm then, or no experience with advanced movement like bhop and air control
idk how many games u tried but doesnt rly matter if u dont take the time to get to know it and learn more than the casual player; it's like being born in a world and barely crawling in it but crying that u can't run in the first 2 hours or less... it dont make IT slow, it makes YOU slow

I bunnyhop since 2009, even in CS:GO competitive I can reach 330 units / s. I think that is not so bad.

Honestly, the "slowest" HL2-based game is probably Team Fortress 2... and that design is more or less intentional.

It's still fun, though.
