Well my main problem is that sometimes I try to run the server, but the server will shutdown immediately with the error Unable to Initialize steam.

That's all I want to know.

Also my server gets crashes after sometime like 2 - 5 hours without logs, only it says HLDS has stopped working.

But I need a fix for the first one.

I do.

But the problem still exists even if metamod and amxmodx are not installed.

So, just for clarification you have tried to delete all previous install info, and tried a fresh install from SteamCMD, with the latest build?

I did that like 10 times.

*Fresh install from SteamCMD. (validated like 10 times too)
*Issue occurs whether metamod is on or no.

I already have steam_appid.txt in my cstrike folder.

Plus I tried yours and it didn't work.
