Change/hide buttons on menu?

Hey, so I came across one server where they have this kind of menu, I'm not really sure how to replicate it, can anyone help?

You're using the "new menu" system which is is built around a particular format which is not capable of doing what you show in the image. You have to use original menu system (register_menucmd(), etc.) which is more flexible.

Either use the old menu system or simply settle with a different format. With the new menus you can achieve "|> 1. <|". The period after the number cannot be removed. Be creative or use the old style.
